Derrick Nguyen is a practicing attorney admitted to the California State Bar since 1992. He mainly focuses on serving as counsel to small and medium sized enterprises and providing them with his expertise when it comes to business law matters. More specifically, he assists companies with corporate compliance matters, contract negotiations and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, he has also represented clients for business and tort litigations. Attorney Nguyen is also heavily involved in the ethnic media and
entertainment industry. He advises, contributes and even appears as a legal commentator and community advocate on various media outlets, including his own Hon Viet TV’s Nguyen Hoang Dung Show.
