Experiences
James Lee is a U.S. licensed Patent Agent at ACI Law Group, PC. He is engaged in intellectual property matters mostly focusing on patent prosecution. James has worked on over 1,000 US IP cases, including patent and trademark registration, opposition, cancellation, and many more. He is also the CEO of ACI Patent Corporation.
He has also assisted non-profit organizations, such as aT Center, KOIPA (Korea Intellectual Property Protection Agency), and ICTC (International Customs & Trade Advisory Center), as a consultant for newcomers to the U.S. market. Recently, he has been actively participating in various educational events hosted by non-profit organizations, including the Korean government, as a speaker in order to deliver new issues about intellectual property to entrepreneurs.
