Responsibilities:

• Regulatory compliance with US governments such as the US Food and Drug Administration, the US Customs & Border Protection, the US Department of Agriculture, the US Environmental Protection Agency, etc.; FSMA regulatory compliance practice; US CBP protest and petition, Form 28/29 response, Country of Origin, Classification, Valuation, Marking, C-TPAT certification and validation; Strategic consulting in response to FDA import alerts, CBP seizure, and forfeiture; Exporter(importer)’s regulatory compliance policies and procedures

 

Qualifications:

•  Juris Doctor plus California Bar License

Rate of Pay:

•  $112,070/Year

• 40 Hours per week (Full-time & Permanent Position)
